HealSuite Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HealSuite (the “Service”), provided by Medical Directory Limited, trading as HealSuite (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
We want our customers to be satisfied with HealSuite. Our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:
- Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being billed, you must cancel before the trial expires.
- Subscription Fees: Unless otherwise required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Annual and Monthly Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop further charges, but no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the billing period.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure or service issues that prevent reasonable use of HealSuite.

decisions are the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional or organisation using
the Service.
2. User Responsibility for Patient Data
You acknowledge that you are the data controller for any personal or health-related data you
enter into HealSuite. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your collection, storage,
and processing of patient data complies with all applicable laws and professional standards.
3. Our Role as Data Processor
To the extent that we process patient or personal data on your behalf, we act as a “data
processor” under applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection
Act 2018. Our obligations regarding the handling of such data are set out in our Privacy
Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that may be entered into
between us.
4. Compliance with Healthcare Regulations
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that would cause us to breach healthcare
regulations or data protection laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of
HealSuite complies with the requirements of your professional body, regulator, or applicable
laws in your jurisdiction.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you:
